Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

All electronic orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully verified (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country and customs processing

 

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs & International Orders

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Customers will be able to review and approve all shipping charges before completing their purchase.

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While we work with reliable carriers, delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues.

If your electronic item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, we will initiate a carrier investigation. Depending on the outcome, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be provided.

This Shipping Policy forms part of the legal agreement between you and our store and may be updated at any time. The version published at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
